Can I substitute an item in my recent order for a different item?Updated 3 days ago

If you'd like to swap out an item in your order for the same item in a different color or size (or the same style of item - i.e. substitute a tie for a different tie, etc.) and the order has not yet begun the fulfillment process, email us your request and order confirmation number, and we will do our best to accommodate. While we make every effort to help out as we can, requests are not guaranteed. Sometimes the cleanest thing to do is simply cancel the order and place a new one. Please note, if we are able to make a substitution, the adjustment will be manually updated and may not be reflected on the shipping confirmation. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders. 

You may choose to continue with multiple orders or request a cancellation and place a new, single order for all desired items. Please note, if you choose to request a cancellation, cancellation is not guaranteed as our warehouse team may already be working on your order(s).
