Backordered Items (Items missing from order)Updated an hour ago

Backordered items may delay fulfillment. If your packing slip shows a quantity of 0, that item is backordered.

You may also notice a backorder if an item does not ship with the rest of your order, or if your order has not shipped within 2–3 business days. If this happens, please contact us for an update.

We cannot keep backorders open by request as restock timelines are not always predictable - especially for hangers, ties, and socks, which replenish on variable schedules. Back ordered items are likely to be refunded immediately once the warehouse catches it.


There are also items that are selected after checkout as Add On items that do not always sync with your order! If this item is missing please let us know and we will ship it out immediately!
