Kirbyallison.com can ship to almost any address in the world. 

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Mexico (regarding lighters), Russia, and Indonesia due to customs restrictions.

International orders ship via FedEx. We do not have other options unless it is a military address.

Once international packages leave our warehouse, we cannot control customs delays, local processing times, or delivery speed.

All international orders ship with duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout. We do not ship internationally without these estimated charges collected in advance, and all duties and taxes paid are non refundable. Because these amounts are calculated and remitted at the time of purchase, international orders cannot be modified after they are placed. If a package is refused or returned due to import restrictions, shipping charges are non refundable and any refund or exchange will be processed only once the parcel is received back. Please note that certain items may first ship from the manufacturer to us prior to final fulfillment, which may extend processing time.
