Orders placed Monday - Wednesday with in-stock items will be fulfilled by our warehouse according to the queue of orders we receive with Overnight shipping going to the top of the queue. Orders placed Thursday and Friday depending on the amount of orders in our queue will go out Friday or Monday.
Our Warehouse is a small team that is working diligently to ensure every order is accurate and timely.
Please note: All orders are fulfilled and sent out during business hours only. Our warehouse is only open Weekdays from 9-5pm Central time. Other than Overnight Shipping all shipping times begin once the order is fulfilled.
Backordered items can delay the fulfillment process. If your order seems to be missing items (picking ticket shows the item with a 0 quantity) then it is backordered. You can read more about backordered items by clicking HERE.
Additional processing time may apply during the Holidays and sitewide sales (Father's Day, Black Friday, & Cyber Monday).
We generate automatic ship notifications with tracking information at the time of shipment (tracking numbers are sent directly from the shipping carrier). We carefully pack and ship all products directly from our warehouse. Domestic orders shipped via Ground level service, within the Continental U.S., can take up to 5 business days after fulfillment to deliver.
