Why is there an item missing from my order?Updated 4 months ago
If you find that your order is missing an item yet the picking ticket (itemized receipt) shows the item with a quantity of 0 - then your item is most likely on backorder.
This means your item is normally in stock but is currently hasn't arrived from the manufacturer into our warehouse!
Your options are:
- You can wait for them to come back in stock
- You can refund them and order them later when they are back in stock
- You can switch out the item for one with equal cost, for lower cost and get a refund for the difference or for a higher cost to which we will send an invoice for you to pay before the order can be fulfilled.
