Can I add or remove an item from my order?
Yes, but only under specific circumstances:
- You must reach out as soon as you place your order. After hours requests cannot be addressed until the next business day.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as our warehouse is unable to make those changes after the fact.
- If you add an item, then you must pay the invoice immediately or it will be shipped out in a separate order.
- If you subtract an item you will only receive a refund if the order is not fulfilled. Otherwise you must go through our normal Return/Exchange process as with any delivered order.
- If you want to cancel your order it must be done before fulfillment.
- If you'd like to swap out an item in your order for the same item in a different color or size (or the same style of item) it must be done before fulfillment.
Can I change my address or name on my order?
Yes! You must reach out as soon as you place your order.
If your order has already shipped, we will attempt to contact the courier to process a reroute; a reroute often leads to a fee from the courier which will be charged to you. There is no guarantee we will be able to reroute your package but we will try!
If we are unable to process a reroute or cancel the order, sometimes orders delivered to an incorrect address are returned to our warehouse. The return to sender shipping process may take a while, especially for international orders. Once the order has been returned and processed, you will be notified by email. If you have Re:do coverage then we will send out your order again once we receive the return to sender/failed to deliver notice. If you do not have Re:do then you will be given the option to pay to have the order re-shipped to the correct address or if you decide you don't want the order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the cost of the products, but cannot refund the shipping fees.
