As the website popup promotion states, upon new customers signing up for the Newsletter, the 10% Welcome Series discount is eligible for your first purchase (must be $150 or more in your shopping cart subtotal). If this is true in your case and your code is still not applying, simply complete the purchase as is and shoot us a quick message back with your order confirmation number and we will honor the discount via an adjustment refund.

Promotional codes are periodically sent out to customers who have signed up to receive emails. Promotional codes are not available via Customer Service. Please sign up for our newsletter.

Unfortunately only one promotional code can be used at a time. Promotional codes are only good on new orders and may not be applied to previously placed orders. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
