Everything you need to know about how your order ships, when it arrives, and what to do if something goes wrong. If your order has already shipped, check your confirmation email or your account for tracking.

Shipping Options


We ship via FedEx and USPS. Rates and estimated transit times are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

All FedEx services include delivery photos, optional signature request, and the ability to reroute a package to a new address or FedEx location in transit.

Processing & Transit Times


Orders are fulfilled during business hours, Monday–Friday only. Shipping timelines begin once an order is fulfilled, not when it's placed.

Standard orders
1–3 business days to process before shipment.
Express orders
Ship same day if placed before 2pm CT.
Mon–Wed orders
Fulfilled in queue order; express shipments are prioritized.
Thu–Fri orders
Ship Friday or the following Monday, depending on warehouse volume.
International orders
May require added processing time for documentation or carrier restrictions.
USPS ground
Up to 10 business days after fulfillment within the continental U.S.

Processing may take longer during major holidays, sitewide promotions, and warehouse closures (see Special Cases below).

Order Changes


Contact us right away if you need to add, remove, cancel, or redirect an order. Once it's fulfilled and a tracking number is issued, none of these changes are possible.

Adding or removing items

  • Items can be added or removed only before fulfillment begins.
  • Added items must be paid for promptly, or they'll ship separately with a new shipping charge.
  • Removed items are refunded only if fulfillment hasn't started; otherwise, they follow our standard return process.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before fulfillment (typically the next business day; sooner for Express).
  • After-hours requests are handled the next business day.
  • Once a shipping confirmation with tracking is sent, the order can't be cancelled. We'll try to intercept it before carrier pickup, but can't guarantee it. This is especially hard with USPS, which often isn't scanned until it reaches a sorting facility.
  • EU customers: our 30-day return policy satisfies the EU Right of Withdrawal. If an order can't be cancelled, you can return it unused at your expense, or request a return-to-sender via FedEx while it's still in transit. Please click here for more information.

Address changes

  • Contact us immediately. Addresses can't be changed after fulfillment.
  • If a package is delivered to the wrong address and returned to our warehouse, expect delays, especially for international shipments.
  • With Re:do package protection, we'll reship a returned parcel automatically. Without it, you can pay to reship or request a product refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

International Shipping


  • We ship to most countries via FedEx (our only international carrier, aside from military addresses). We do not ship to Russia or Indonesia, or lighters to Mexico.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and are non-refundable.
  • Because duties are calculated at purchase, international orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we can't control customs delays or local processing times.
  • If a package is refused or returned for import restrictions, shipping charges are non-refundable; any refund or exchange is processed only after we receive it back.
  • Some items ship from the manufacturer to us before final fulfillment, which can extend processing time.

Backordered Items


  • On your packing slip under B/O will indicate if that item was shipped without a backordered item.
  • Also watch for an item missing from your shipment, or an order that hasn't shipped within 2–3 business days; contact us for an update.
  • Restock timelines aren't always predictable, especially for hangers, ties, and socks. We can't hold a backorder open indefinitely by request.
  • Backordered items are typically refunded automatically once identified.

Tracking & Delivery Issues


You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships. To track on our site: Account → My Orders → Shipments (order must be placed under that account).

Package hasn't arrived

  • Give it 14 days, then contact Customer Service.
  • If USPS shows "Delivered" but you don't have it: check with neighbors or your front desk first. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early, or a neighbor holds it.
  • Still missing after 7 days? We can file a claim using your package protection.

Special Cases


Freight forwarders

We don't ship to freight forwarding addresses; these orders are cancelled and refunded automatically. If one slips through screening, we're not responsible for loss or damage, can't provide supporting paperwork, and can't issue refunds; standard return policies don't apply.

Military (APO/FPO) addresses

We ship to Armed Forces addresses via USPS. Type your address manually rather than using the autofill dropdown: enter APO as the city, and select the matching Armed Forces region as the state (Africa, Americas, Pacific, Europe, Middle East, or Canada). If checkout won't accept it, send us your cart and address and we'll create a payable invoice manually.

Holiday closures

Our warehouse is closed and doesn't ship on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
