For our High Shine Shoe Service
The High Shine Shoe Service is intended for shoes that are already in good overall condition and simply need a professional shine. This service focuses on enhancing appearance through brushing, cream polish for color refinement, and a wax finish to your selected shine level. It does not include deep cleaning, stripping old polish, or intensive corrective work.
Because no deep cleaning or conditioning is performed, this service is best for well-maintained shoes that are free of heavy buildup, staining, or significant wear. If your shoes show dullness, minor surface scuffs, or simply need to be refreshed for regular wear, the High Shine service is the appropriate choice.
If your shoes have accumulated layers of old polish, uneven coloration, or require conditioning, you may prefer the Presidential Shoe Shine Service instead.
PACKING, SHIPPING AND ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE LINKED IN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Turn Around Time
Once your package arrives, it is logged and placed into our working queue. Shoes are not opened or evaluated immediately upon delivery. When your order reaches the front of the queue, the box is opened and work begins based on the condition, finish quality, and specific needs of each pair.
Because all work is performed by a single master shoeshine specialist and many orders include multiple pairs, total turnaround time from delivery to return shipment can take up to four weeks. The specialist will always reach out if additional information is needed before proceeding.
Rush Service
Rush service is available for an additional $20 fee per pair and allows your order to be prioritized ahead of the standard queue. If selected, work begins immediately once your shoes are delivered. These are the payment options - please mention "RUSH FEE" and your order number so he knows which box to open ahead of the queue.
He also accepts cash in the box but you will need to notify us so he knows to open your box ahead of the queue. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will move them up and have them taken care of ASAP.
Return shipping will follow the method selected at checkout.
