For our Presidential Suede Shoe Service
The Presidential Suede Shoe Service is specifically designed for suede and nubuck footwear and should not be used for smooth leather shoes. Suede requires a fundamentally different care process, and traditional creams or waxes are never applied.
Each pair is carefully deep cleaned to remove embedded dirt and residue while preserving the natural nap of the leather. After controlled drying, color is refreshed using a suede conditioning spray, followed by protective waterproofing and detailed edge and heel finishing.
This service is ideal for suede or nubuck shoes that appear dirty, faded, or uneven in color. It is not intended for structural repair or severely damaged suede, and smooth leather shoes should instead be serviced through either the High Shine or Presidential Shoe Shine options.
PACKING, SHIPPING AND ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE LINKED IN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Turn Around Time
Once your package arrives, it is logged and placed into our working queue. Shoes are not opened or evaluated immediately upon delivery. When your order reaches the front of the queue, the box is opened and work begins based on the condition, finish quality, and specific needs of each pair.
Because all work is performed by a single master shoeshine specialist and many orders include multiple pairs, total turnaround time from delivery to return shipment can take up to four weeks. The specialist will always reach out if additional information is needed before proceeding.
Rush Service
Rush service is available for an additional $20 fee per pair and allows your order to be prioritized ahead of the standard queue. If selected, work begins immediately once your shoes are delivered. These are the payment options - please mention "RUSH FEE" and your order number so he knows which box to open ahead of the queue.
He also accepts cash in the box but you will need to notify us so he knows to open your box ahead of the queue. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will move them up and have them taken care of ASAP.
Return shipping will follow the method selected at checkout.
