Choosing a Service

Presidential Shoe Shine Service


Our most popular service. Performed using the same technique featured in Kirby's Presidential Shoe Shine video. A full reset for smooth leather shoes: old polish and buildup are removed first, so the leather can be properly conditioned and restored before a new finish is applied.

High Shine Shoe Service


A traditional hand-polished shine using the finest Saphir products. If your shoes need deep cleaning or conditioning instead please note that this service will not address it but only do a shine on top of it.

Presidential Suede Shoe Service


Designed exclusively for suede and nubuck using professional-grade Saphir products; traditional creams and waxes are never applied. Smooth leather shoes should be serviced through Presidential Shoe Shine or High Shine instead, this service is suede-only.

Preparing Your Shipment


Once you've paid for your service, your order confirmation email links to your service page, where you can:

  1. Print your service form
  2. Create your prepaid FedEx shipping label (if selected), or find our shipping address if you'd rather ship your shoes yourself
  3. Review packing instructions


Be sure to click the link in your order confirmation and if you did not receive it then reach out to customer service as there is a change your email was input incorrectly.

Turnaround Time


Once your package arrives, it's logged and placed in our working queue; shoes aren't opened or evaluated immediately. Work begins once your order reaches the front of the queue, based on the condition and needs of each pair.

Every order is handled personally by a single master shoeshine specialist, and many orders include multiple pairs, so total turnaround from delivery to return shipment can take up to four weeks. The specialist will reach out directly if more information is needed before proceeding.

Rush Service


Rush service is available for an additional $20 per pair, prioritizing your order ahead of the standard queue; work begins as soon as your shoes are delivered.

When paying, mention "RUSH FEE" and your order number so the specialist knows which box to open early. Cash payment inside the box is also accepted, just let us know in advance so we know to open it ahead of the queue. Once payment is confirmed, we'll move your order up right away.

Shipping & Return


Outbound label
A prepaid label, if purchased, is for shipping your shoes to us only.
Return shipping
The shipping charge collected at checkout covers sending your shoes back once service is complete, and follows the method selected at checkout.
Multiple pairs
Can ship together in one box with a single label, and are returned together unless you request otherwise.

Packing, shipping, and order form instructions are linked in your order confirmation email.
