Redo is our optional package protection, added at checkout, that covers free return shipping and protection against lost packages. Here's what it includes, why it's worth considering, and how to remove it if you'd rather not add it.
What Is Redo
Redo is an optional add-on, starting as low as $0.98, that includes a free return shipping label for any item in your order. If you purchase it, returning something for an exchange or store credit doesn't cost you anything in shipping, no paying for labels back and forth.
Redo covers your entire cart with a single purchase, you don't need to add it per item.
Why Add Redo
| Benefit | What it means |
|---|---|
| Free return shipping | No cost for return labels when exchanging for a different item or store credit. |
| Covers the whole cart | One purchase applies to every item in your order, not per item. |
| Lost package protection | If a package sits "in transit" for 30+ days from the ship date, it's considered lost and eligible for a replacement. |
| Low cost | Starts as low as $0.98, scaling with your order, but capped at $16, it never costs more than that. |
*Restocking fees may still apply even with Redo.
Removing Redo
Redo is removed from your cart, not the checkout page, and it's not a line item you delete. Your cart shows a "Checkout+" button with Redo included, and a link underneath it for checking out without it.
- Go to your cart before starting checkout.
- Look below the "Checkout+" button for the link that says "Checkout without free returns & package protection."
- Click that link instead of the Checkout+ button to proceed without Redo.
Eligibility & Return Guidelines
Free returns through Redo still follow all standard return policy guidelines:
- Items must be returned within the designated return window.
- Items must be in new condition, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.
All returns are subject to the guidelines in our full Return Policy.
Lost or Delayed Packages
To be eligible for a replacement due to a package being stuck "in transit" or delayed, the order must remain in that status for a minimum of 30 days from the ship date. We consider this a lost package.
Without Redo
If you decide not to purchase Redo, or you'd prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, you'll just be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
