If you purchase Redo (starting as low as $0.98) with your order your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE. This means you will not have to pay for shipping labels back and forth. Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item. To be eligible for a replacement using package protection due to "in transit" or delayed - the order must be stuck "in transit" status for minimum 30 days from the day of shipment. We consider this a lost package.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.
